调整默认播放速度

如题，1倍速有点慢，想设置成更快的播放速度，不用每次看都要设置速度

个人觉得 1.0 倍速看动画才是合适的。

此功能将被添加在 1.2.4 版本中。

这是一个非常容易的实现，如果有兴趣的话，可以提交一个PR，如果没有的话，这个功能将由我完成。
