I agree that having large number of words underlined on the screen slows things down however it might not be due to the plugin only unfortunately. There is 3 components...

Unfortunately it seems like even if vcpkg package is available it's not always easy to use via cmake and some of above-mentioned packages require updating their ports in vcpkg repo.
