.wilay convert

Thank you for your amazing work, but I found that .wilay file in folder ...\menu\image cant show properly (I think is a kind of texture and can use tex_to_dds to convert). charaters images are cut into pieces and display inorder. Maybe I do something wrong but I dont know how to deal with it.

This is problem with texture converter itself. It's not written for non power of two texture dimensions.

I don't really get it, so will .wilay files not work?

(please explain this to me like I'm 5, I've been trying to convert these wilay textures for so long my brain is melting)

Texture too small. Texture data non traditional. Texture sizes random. Wilay textures too exotic. Wilay textures cannot properly convert.
