Some skins don't fit into the layout

This is low priority, but anyway these skins are affected:

• Office 2019
• Office 2016
• Office 2013

What happens is that the server-side filters have 1 to 1,5 lines height instead of 2 lines.

I noticed that toggling the filters (hide / show) fixes this issue, so it's even less of a problem than originally assumed.
