Add chmax format support

hello, I would suggest you add a plugin to the program so that it can read and edit channel lists in chmax format (.chl).

I never received any files of that format, so I can't add support for it. Also, I'm not planning to add any more formats outside the major TV brands, as this becomes increasingly time consuming. I only make exceptions when the format is more or less self-explanatory and easy to implement.
