FR: Support for Triax Hirschmann Recievers

Hi,

thanks for the awesome tool :) Works with my Philips TV. Now I would like to put the same channel list on a other TV with a triax hirschmann s-hd 200 hd+reciever. Please add support for this reciever/brand.

I put a channel list file on FileIO. This file should be availible till 04.04.24. If You need help testing or more informations I glad to help.
