Can i add a new channel manually in my present list in ChanSort

Dear all,

is it possible to add a tv channel manually in ChanSort within the exported tv channel list?

My Samsung-TV (UE40H....) didn't find the one certain new channel in the manual search. It was the same last time, and then i got a tv list from a friend and the other channel was included and this worked...

I didn't find a function in Chansort or another software. Thanks for your answers.

ChanSort does not have a function to add new channels to a list.

Instead you can do the following:

• keep a copy of your current channel list file on your PC. It will later serve as a reference list.
• run a new channel search on your TV and export the list again to USB
• open the new list with ChanSort and select your old list as the reference list

Now you have a new list with the same order as the old one and can put the new channel wherever you want it.

This procedure also works with channel lists from different TV manufacturers
