ChanSort compatible standalone DVB-C receiver

Open killerkarnickel404 opened this issue 4 years ago • 1 comments

Hello,

I am looking for a standalone DVB-C receiver where I can edit the channel list with ChanSort.

Does anyone have experience with this? Would be grateful for tips.

Some TV manufacturers use the same hardware (typically for lower end models) that are also used in standalone sat receiver set-top-boxes. e.g. some Sharp and Dyon models share the same file format (Dyon Live 22 Pro, Live 24 Pro, ENTER 32 Pro X, ...) and are supported by ChanSort (special .csv files). ChanSort also supports the ".sdx" (SatcoDX) file format, which is used in various TV brands and also some sat receivers (unfortunately I don't know any by name). ChanSort can also edit the bouquet files of OpenATV / Linux based sat receiver boxes like Vu, Octagon, Dreambox - but there are more specialized programs for those boxes.
