2020 LG 82UN8500 - ChanSort not recognizing GlobalClone.TLL
Hi, my new 2020 LG 82UN8500 has just arrived. Unfortunately the exported GlobalClone.TLL is not recognized by the latest release of ChanSort (2020-05-02)
Beta-builds from #172 are able to load the exported GlobalClone.TLL, but importing a file, written by this release cannot be imported to the TV
WebOS 5 Version 03.01.15
Unfortunately there is nothing I can do about it.
The firmware of the TV is broken - or at least does not meet user requirements (LG might claim that "it is working as intended", but I haven't seen any official statement yet). If you save a list on the stick, modify the list on the TV through its menu and then load the unmodified list back, it will not work. It keeps showing whatever the had in memory. So far the only thing that seems to have worked is to make a factory reset before importing the list from USB. But this is not a procedure I can recommend easily to users since it also clears any stored passwords for WLAN/Netflix/Amazon/..., Audio and Video settings, ...
One can only hope that LG will fix the problem.
Any news about bugfixes with current Firmware? Has anyone positive reports regarding WebOs5 and chansort?

However I received only very little feedback lately about WebOS 5 success or failure so I can't really tell what works and what doesn't and under what conditions and if the changes in the above Version are enough.
