Swiss ReferenceLists

I'd like to suggest a new ReferenceList for Swiss people.

The typical Swiss set-up is a dual LNB with Astra 19.2°E (world channels) and Hotbird 13E (Swiss channels). The only other relevant channel on Hotbird 13E is BBC World News. Therefore, it would be straightforward to create two ReferenceLists based on de_astra192E_hisense_freehd.txt and de_astra192E_hisense_hdplus.txt: Simply prepend the 8 Hotbird channels!

This is what ch_astra192E_hotbird13E_hisense_freehd.txt would look like:

1;SRF 1 HD;318-12300-17201
2;SRF zwei HD;318-12300-17202
3;SRF info HD;318-1700-14053
4;RTS Un HD;318-12300-17203
5;RTS Deux HD;318-12300-17204
6;RSI LA 1 HD;318-1700-14051

(rest: same as de_astra192E_hisense_freehd.txt)
