Dyon Enter 40 Pro-X channel list

I'm trying to open the exported channel list from a trashy Dyon Enter 40 Pro-X. The TV was in my appartment before I moved in. It exports a DVBS_Program.csv file and a cvt_database.dat file.

The cvs file has following formation:

--------DVBS Program Data!-------- |   |   |   |
-- | -- | -- | -- | --
NOTE: Channel Number/Channel Name/Service Type/Free or Scramble/Transponder are forbidden to edit!
Channel Number,Channel Name,Service Type,Free or Scramble,Transponder,[S]
0,Channel 1 HD ,DTV,Free,10715 H 21999 , |   |   |
1,Channel 2 HD ,DTV,Free,10715 H 21999 , |   |   |
2,Channel 3 HD ,DTV,Free,10715 H 21999 , |   |   |

I inserted generic channel name for channels 0 to 2 just for demonstration.

When I open this cvs in ChanSort via "Open TV Data file" it prompts for a reference list. I choose the correct one but the both views are empty. No channels from the TV nor the reference list shows up.

If I only open the reference list in the right view it works (via "apply order from a reference list")

Halp!

ChanSort does not support this type of channel list (Dyon). "csv" is a generic file extension for "comma separated values". Such files may contain pretty much anything, like Excel spreadsheets. The NOTE in that file and the existence of a separate .dat file suggest to me that the .csv is here just for informational purpose and the actual data used by the TV is in the .dat file.

ChanSort stores manufacturer neutral reference lists also in a .csv format (but with different columns), that's why it offers to open .csv files. This is an entirely different format though.

In your case, when you select a reference list after opening the unsupported .csv, the program will show nothing because it can't load any channels from the .csv.
