plugin is not working on the order detail page anymore

Some problem happened to the plugin a few days ago, it's not able to generate the country code and let it appear on the order details section. See screenshot.

And not sure where i can check the settings.

Hello, Been a while i've been on this, but was it every working on the order page? Anyways you can submit a PR or fork it and use that.
