Add a Sage Cell instance as an HTML calculator option

A "sandbox" for textbooks with lots of Sage. Extend existing publisher option. From UTMOST workshop, June 2020, Frank Lynch.

During an UTMOST debrief meeting, it was suggested that having several linked cells would be good. As would persistent of the content of those cells.

This suggest to me that it is not a calculator-like pop-up, but a dedicated "page" that is part of the HTML book.

This sounds a lot like a scratch activecode... which is an open issue that we need to resolve for the CS books. At least in terms of how we make it available to students.
