Please add an option where you can have the detailed description of the YouTube activity in the "Active Now" section of Discord like how it is when you click on your discord profile and check your current activity (in this case being YouTube).

Yes, I know that, but since PreMiD itself has access to the Discord API, maybe we can use it in the presences as well

Highly doubt it because Discord hardcoded a lot of Spotify specific features that make things like clicking the cover art etc. link to the Spotify link
