chore(globoplay, TeleCine): adding, fixing and removing things (take 2)

Description

I was working on this for some months, but I always hit on a wall on these until I finally got around to revisiting this a few weeks ago. (really special thanks to @kyrie25 for helping me out on this mess)

During that time though, a lot of things happened that you can find most of it on the changelog down here 👇

Changelog

• Added podcast support
• Added support for the STARZPLAY channel page
• Added Telecine stuff (channel page, live channels) and removed its standalone presence due to a merger between the two services
• Various adding/changes to live channels [Mais na Tela => Modo Viagem, Premiere, CBN, sportv, Gloob, Multishow]
• Changed episode detection thingy
• Fixed search text not showing up
• Fixed duplicated texts when watching a movie
• Fixed categories not showing up properly
• Removed Big Brother channels (will be added back when the next season starts)
