If you're asking for 'Playing a game' to be changed to 'Listening to', well, unfortunately there's no way. This function is restricted and may break Discord's ToS if used. https://github.com/PreMiD/Presences/issues/2360#issuecomment-712517514

Sorry I might have explained myself wrong. What I meant is something similar to when you are viewing a video on YouTube but for when you are playing a song on VK. Don’t know If that makes sense.
