Twitch | twitch.tv | indicates wrong channel if a channel is hosted in modview

Description

When viewing a hosted stream through modview, the presence indicates "moderating for [hosted streamer]" instead of the current modview page

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open modview for a streamer you mod for
2. Have the streamer raid / host another streamer
3. Go back into the original modview (if the raid brought you to the other streamer)
