Set higher Priority for Services

I know i am suggesting a lot but i got a lot of ideas for this and i wanna see it grow. Is your feature request related to a problem? No Allow users to select or order sites into priority like if i was watching a YouTube video but listening to YouTube Music, YouTube Music would show instead of YouTube. Sorry for my shit explanation but hopefully you understand.
