Multi-Session Support for PreMiD

I use PreMiD on both my MacBook and Windows desktop. However, I've noticed that when switching between devices, I must log out and re-link my Discord account for my presence to update correctly. This is a little annoying to have to think about every time I switch devices.

Feature Request I propose adding support for multiple concurrent sessions tied to a single Discord account. This would allow me (and probably other users) to use multiple devices without the need to re-authenticate each time.

I'm unsure if this is the appropriate repository for this issue (API vs. PreMiD repositories), but I believe it may be more relevant to the API side. If not, please direct me to the correct repository.
