Stop time after game over

I think Game time should be stopped on game over.

Casting and it’s cool downs should also be frozen, if that doesn’t happen yet. In the past I was able to increase Most Exp/Gold stat infinitely after game over with Snake Charm of Serpent Ward + Script Reading of Arcane Script.
