Implement automatic oil application

Select oil type, then select tower. When an oil of that type drops, it will be automatically applied to the selected tower.

Should probably go into tower menu as another tab. Could a grid of icons of all oils in that tab and the player clicks on an oil to enable/disable automatic application to current tower.
