[BUG] Failed to load plasmoid on Plasma 6.1.3

Describe the bug After compiling from source code, it doesn't work.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Compile from KDE Plasma 6.1 fix on #66
2. Add package
3. Try to open.

Expected behavior Should open control panel.
