[feature request] Precipitation nowcasting

I think most, if not all of the sources available in weather master support nowcasting, so It would be nice to know precisely how strong the rain will be within the next few minutes and when it might stop.

Breezy weather shows nowcasting data:

But I don't think it's implemented in weather master yet:

I'm using NOAA on weather master and pirate weather (which primarily uses NOAA) on breezy weather as source.
