Scrollbar Visible During Preloader

When the preloader is displayed, the scrollbar remains visible. This detracts from the intended user experience of a fully immersive loading screen. Ideally, the scrollbar should be hidden while the preloader is active.

Steps to reproduce the bug

Navigate to the application. Trigger an action that causes the preloader to appear (e.g., loading a new page or data). Observe that the scrollbar remains visible during the preloader's display.
