Higher Resolution favicon

I use Prarielarn so much, I have a shortcut on my computer to get there fast but the icon looks a little...blurry. It would be great to have a higher resolution asset there because I can see the distortion and artifacts pretty clearly.

I agree that this looks pretty bad! I'm going to transfer this to the PrairieLearn repo since this relates to PL (although PT almost definitely has the same issue).

@JosephShepin can you share the browser you're using to create this shortcut and the steps you take to do so? That'll help us reproduce this and verify a fix.

I'm using chrome for macOS. I think the browser grabs the favicon from the endpoint https://us.prairielearn.com/favicon.ico

Hi, I checked and it does indeed take it from the endpoint https://us.prairielearn.com/favicon.ico and it is only 16px. I believe 256px size would be the safest bet as that is the max used across Apple ecosystem, Windows and Linux. Source
