Add Step.Pause

AC:

• We need to support pause via Step.Pause(context, duration)
• In statistics, pause instances should be displayed as a single row(per scenario) to show the sum of all pauses during Scenario execution.
• The pauses latency should be deducted from Step and Scenario latency.
