NBomber JS: implement basic MVP project to check interoperability with JS

For the next NBomber release, we would like to add support of JS meaning that users will be able to define scenarios in JS and use NBomber .NET runtime to execute them. Therefore we want to create some simple MVP (with benchmarks) to see that we can define NBomber Scenario in JS and run on .NET.
