@solnic 👋 my _hunch_ is that spike protection did kick in, but since the BEAM is so awesome sentry kept retrying them over a longer time and hence the spike...

👋 Thanks! I know we don't _need_ to use the `Repo` module, but for matching the mental model with our other ecto stuff/convenience it's quite nice to have and use....
