Some test environments are disabled

The following unit test environments are currently disabled and need updating to work on the current Azure environment. All broke in 2020 with changes made by Microsoft.

  • OpenJDK 8 on Mac (JDK no longer preinstalled)
  • OpenJDK 14 on Windows (JDK no longer preinstalled)

Other previously-affected environments are now fixed.

Fixed on Mac and Linux, but still affects Windows.
