make sure you export the whole chain to the PSDResources\certificates folder.
Sounds like you have a default Task sequence set with SkipTasksequence=YES **or** your hard drive has residual OSD process on it. Do a _diskpart clean_ and restart PSD.

Just be aware: applications bundles are not supported in the PSDWizard. I'm not sure they are supported in the backend either. This is on my TODO list for the UI
