Parameter Completion Codelens should automatically switch to the current matching ParameterSet

Issue Type: Feature Request

This might require additional calls but ideally if I am entering a parameter that is on a unique parameterset, the codelens should automatically switch to that overload. image

Note this is "signature help" rather than a code lens but yeah it'd be nice for sure. It'd need a call to StaticParameterBinder.BindCommand which is pretty expensive, so it may not be feasible but absolutely worth trying.

@SeeminglyScience maybe debounce it to a configurable setting delay, say 500ms or so, so that it's not slamming BindCommands? Also should be very cacheable.
