Unlock-SecretVault uses Password instead of Credential

Steps to reproduce

What is the reason why Unlock-SecretVault has a Password parameter with type SecureString instead of being a Credential taking a PSCredential? I'm asking for use cases where unlocking a secret vault requires a username and password.
