Extension Paths Are Fully Qualified?

I've run into an issue where I installed an extension, registered a vault, and then moved the installation path of the extension. When I did this, even though the new extension path was in my PSModulePath, Get-Secret would error trying to load the extension from the old location. The only way to fix it was to unregister the vault and re-register.

It would be nice to have these treated more like normal modules, where they can be moved around without impacting vaults.
