Status of PowerShell Standard.Library Version 3

Hello, I see on NuGet that the latest version of PowerShell Standard.Library Version 3 is 3.0.0-preview-02 from February 2018. Considering that we have much newer versions of PowerShell Standard.Library Version 5 on NuGet and that v5 has gone out of preview recently, could you provide some insight on the status of v3? Are there any plans to release an updated NuGet package for v3 (possibly a non-preview one)? Is there any blocking issue with v3 that is preventing from releasing a non-preview NuGet package? Our plan is to publish a GA version of this lib probably in Sept timeframe
