Incorrect package list paging

When browsing through the list of all packages, it says Displaying results 1 - 20 on all pages, not just the first one, e.g.

Displaying results 1 - 20 of 5091 (Page 5 of 255)

instead of

Displaying results 81 - 100 of 5091 (Page 5 of 255)
