Installing modules takes forever

Steps to reproduce

I am experiencing very slow downloads. Installing Microsoft.Graph with my gigabit connection is taking more than 10 minutes.

Any other website is ok.

Expected behavior

Downloads should be way faster

we are again having issues downloading AZ module from psgallery. are there plans for a more permanent fix?
