Can't receive email address confirmation email

Steps to reproduce

From #221, #233, and #234, it seems that the email system has been down for a long time. I tried change my email today, and I couldn't receive my confirmation email.

Expected behavior

I receive my confirmation email and everything works fine.

Actual behavior

I still haven't received the email after 4 hours.

@anamnavi I received the email but when I clicked on the link it shows me a 500 Internal Server Error
