[PowerShell Gallery] Package published - * emails no longer being sent

Starting 3/11/2022 the PowerShell gallery package published emails are no longer being sent. The last email we received was on 3/10. Typically they are sent from [email protected] but it appears they have stopped immediately after the versioning issue was fixed here: https://github.com/PowerShell/PowerShellGallery/issues/217

The body of the emails look like this:

Is this issue affecting all emails coming from PowerShell Gallery? I have published some modules and attempted to use the "Contact Owners" link, however I never received any emails (including the "send a copy to myself").

@SydneyhSmith It is probably related, but we don't receive any confirmation email when changing Email Address in Account settings. So impossible to change the account email. I tried to reach you by using "Contact Owners" link... Now I know why I never get any response

Any follow-up on this issue?

Found this open issue and #233 after failing to receive the confirmation e-mail needed when I change my e-mail address. Mostly posting this so it's not seen as stale and arbitrarily closed.

I am surprised that this issue has been left unresolved for over a year.
