Really guys, Certificate issues again?

Looks like a self signed CA root certificate for testing to me

does indeed look like a dev cert made it to production.

blocking all activity, uploading packages, browsing, or even reporting issues.

This appears to have been fixed. Cert shows valid again (chain to Azure -> DigiCert)

Was also able to publish a package that was previously erroring out
