Hyperlinks are not working for PowerShell commands from the URL

When I click on the hyperlink, it's redirecting me to https://www.powershellgallery.com/items?q=Cmdlets%3A%22Add-TeamUser%22 and it's giving a 404 page not found error for all the commands.
