When trying to send message to owner and press the send button nothing happens

I wanted to contact the owner of project: https://www.powershellgallery.com/packages/localaccount/1.6 When creating message and press send message button nothing happens and the screen stays as it is. No error message or anything else.

to reproduce:

• open project page
• click in left menu under info on Contact owners (blue text)
• Fill in message
• Press Send button

the issue is : This site key is not enabled for the invisible captcha.
