Uninstall-PSResource does not uninstall dependencies

Steps to reproduce

Uninstall-PSResource Az is uninstalling the parent module (Az) but not uninstalling the dependencies.

Expected behavior

All modules, Az, and all dependencies should be uninstalled.

Actual behavior

Only the Az module is uninstalled.
