Steps to reproduce

This repo issue template requisite point 2 point does not point to https://www.powershellgallery.com/packages/Microsoft.PowerShell.PSResourceGet, but https://www.powershellgallery.com/packages/PSResourceGet.

Expected behavior

Point to new PS Gallery package Microsoft.PowerShell.PSResourceGet.

Actual behavior

Points to old PS Gallery package PSResourceGet.
