DigitArgument doesn't work with BackwardDeleteWord

After typing a few words, pressing Alt + 3 then Ctrl + W should delete 3 words, but it only deletes one with PS version 6.2.0 and PSReadline version 2.0.0-beta3 on Fedora 28.
