Timeline to make this repo public?

As the ARM team made Bicep Public it would make sense to make this repo public soon as well or do you want to wait until a more featured v0.1 release

Sorry I meant to get back to you sooner here. I've been hammering away at the release pipeline here (being .NET/PS-based we have a number of compliance steps we must implement before publishing).

I had some other work come along and derail that, but I'm back on the task and pretty close now.

Once that's done, I'll try to enable a couple of other bits that will make the module less of a toy, and then we'll publish a v0.1 release and open the repo up.

Plan is to get that all done by the end of Sept.
