Repository name is too general

The name of this repository makes sense as PowerShell/Modules but not rjmholt/Modules. Is it possible to rename this repo while it's in the early stages to something that makes sense as a standalone repo/fork/directory name?

Sort of being discussed here: https://github.com/PowerShell/Modules/issues/27

Pretty easy to fix after fork, just edit the repository name. See: https://github.com/JustinGrote/PowershellOfficialModules

I'm OK with it as-is, even if it is initially unintuitive.
