Refactor module to be inline with community standards.

Refactor this module to be in line with community standards, such as approved verbs, style guidelines, etc. Work to separate the DSC functionality, currently in this module, into a separate module which will be published to the PowerShellGallery.

Would love to catch up with you regarding your plans. I think you're right to separate the Module & DSC Functionalities. The DSC Resource Module should probably "bundle" the PS Module from a specific version, without exporting its functions.
