后台日志丢失问题

当任务状态为“等待worker接收”时，点击当前任务的在线日志按钮，当任务状态是“进行中”时日志正常输出，再等任务正常结束后，刷新页面，日志永远是“SYSTEM: There is no online log for this job instance.”

原因：版本4.3.9 类InstanceLogService的301行，官方是否帮忙修复一下！！！
