[FEATURE] Aggregation of batch results

As requested during the 4th PGM meet-up.

For many users having the results of all scenarios in a batch calculation is not interesting. A user can for instance only be interested in the mininum and maximum line loading of all scenarios. For these users it will be beneficial if these agrregations can be done in PGM internally.

Relates to, but is different from #493. This issue focusses on the aggregation in the output data, where #493 focusses on serialization
