Add custom fuels
PG only lets users assign fuels from AEO (coal, natural gas, distillate, uranium) to resources. Users should be able to define custom fuels (e.g. biomass, H2, etc) and provide a price for the fuel.
Please allow the user to specify a price series in an additional inputs CSV that can be selected here for inclusion in the fuels.csv files and becomes part of the fuels key for use in generators_data.csv
